6:00 – 7:00 PM via Zoom

 

Program participants are provided information and support on behavior modification and relaxation techniques to help them develop and follow through on a plan to quit. 

 

The class meets weekly to help you identify your vaping and tobacco-use triggers and deal with your withdrawal symptoms. The program includes a manual with information and strategies researched by the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association. FREE Nicotine Patches are available for participants upon request. 

 

Individuals should begin to taper their vaping and tobacco use prior to the first day of class and should plan to quit using between the 3rd and 5th week of class.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: This will be a virtual, online program offered through Zoom. Individuals MUST have access to a dependable internet connection, a webcam and a printer to participate in this program. Registered participants will be emailed the Zoom link, program manual and other materials at least two business days prior to the event. Participants are required to have their camera on during each class.
