• Includes a manual created by the American Lung Association.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:
• Have access to a dependable Internet connection, a webcam, and ideally, a printer.
• Begin tapering your vaping and tobacco use prior to the first day of class and plan to quit using between the 3rd and 5th week of class.
• Keep your camera on during each class.
• Attend all six sessions and complete the weekly homework to ensure success.
