Penn Township is proud to partner with Medic 94/SCCEMS to offer several CPR classes to our community this year.
Medic 94/SCCEMS will be offering both FREE hands-only CPR and stop the bleed training classes and two CPR certification classes. There is a fee for the certification class. Penn Township is assisting with the registration process and Medic 94/SCCEMS will be teaching these classes.
These classes are offered for ages 12+. No materials are required for these classes, just bring yourself. Use the form to register for one of the dates listed below. Classes will be limited to 12-16 participants.
If you are registering for a certification class, please bring a check made out to Southern Chester County EMS/Medic 94 to class with you.

October 3rd - @ 10 AM - Stop-the-Bleed & Hands-Only CPR – FREE CLASS
October 3rd - @ 1 PM - CPR Certification Class – AHA/BLS Cert. Fee: $75/person

Stop-the Bleed/Hands-Only CPR Class Description:
Hands-Only CPR - American Heart Association Hands Only CPR - Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest and how to initiate the emergency response system. Compression only CPR can double the chance of survival for victims of sudden cardiac arrest. **Not a certification class.
Stop the Bleed - The American College of Surgeons' STOP THE BLEED Program - Learn life-saving bleeding control skills. Skills include how to provide direct pressure, wound packing and commercial tourniquet application.
